1. Sitting on a chair or bench, hands set right outside legs.
2. Slowly move forward bringing your bum of the chair, lower yourself down towards floor, bending at the elbows. Keep elbows close to the body and pointed back.
3. Push yourself up by straightening your arms. All the effort should be in your arms, keep bum close to chair.
Tip – harder option is straightening out legs, easier option is to keep legs bent and close to you.
