1. Stand with feet together, hold skipping rope handles and rest rope behind your ankles
2. Use your arms to make a circular motion at the elbow to bring the rope up and forward
3. As the rope comes down toward your feet, jump both feet off the floor.
Tip – jump close to the ground, too high is not good for the joints, your arms are linked with your fee, the faster your arms go the faster you must jump.
